Refund & Cancellation Policy

The short version

We keep this simple: you only pay for work that's actually been done. Either side can call off a project, and any money paid for work not yet done comes back to you.

If you cancel before work starts

Your advance is returned in full.

If you cancel after work has started

The part of the advance covering work already done is kept, and any unused remainder is returned to you.

After delivery

Once the finished site or files are delivered and approved, payments aren't refundable. Genuine faults in what we built are fixed as part of the work — just write to us.

Third-party costs

Domain registrations, hosting plans and subscriptions bought for your project are paid to their providers. Once purchased, those can't be refunded by us — they're in your name and stay with you.

If we cancel

If we're unable to take on or finish your project, everything you've paid for undelivered work is returned in full.
