Who we are

KAMSS Digital Solutions is a web design and brand studio run by Salman Sahil from Kasaragod, Kerala, India. We design and build websites, brand identities, social presence and related automation for businesses. These terms describe how working with us goes.

Scope and quote

Every project starts with a written scope and a price agreed before work begins. What's included is what's written down. Anything extra you ask for later is quoted separately, so there are no surprises on either side.

Payments

Work starts after an advance payment, and the balance is due when the work is delivered. The exact amounts and schedule are in your quote.

Revisions

Revisions during the build are a normal part of the process, within the agreed scope. New features or changes after a section is approved are quoted separately.

Your part

You provide the content, photos, logins and approvals we ask for. If those arrive late, the timeline moves with them.

Domains, hosting and third-party services

Where we register a domain or set up hosting for you, it's set up in your name wherever possible. Domains, hosting plans and other paid third-party services are billed by their own providers under their own terms, and stay under your control.

Ownership

Once the final payment clears, the delivered website and its files are yours. Until then, the work remains ours.

Honest expectations

We build to a professional standard — fast, well-made sites. What we can't guarantee are specific search rankings, sales numbers or follower counts; those depend on far more than the website itself.

If something's wrong

If something we delivered isn't working the way we agreed, write to [email protected] and we'll put it right. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
